max. filesize for custom log in mod_clamav

Hello!

We user mod_clamav at out proxy but i really do not know how to set the maximum file size for the custom log.

I added:

ClamavExtendedLogging On
LogFormat "%t %!304{clamav:status}n \
%{Content-type}o \
%{clamav:virusname}n request=\"%r\", \
status=%>s, sent=%!304b, delay=%!304D" \
clamav_stats
CustomLog /var/log/apachescan.log clamav_stats

But this make huge logfiles that fill my hdd. How can i add a max size for this file ?

You enabled ClamavExtendedLogging and the docs say it generates a lot of logging. See http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/pro...otatelogs.html for syntax how to use Apaches rotatelogs to rotate logs at a certain size. If that ain't what you want or can use you could set up a separate 'logrotate' cronjob for this log.
