Hello again me, what if I wanted to do a failover. With automatic redirect when 1 server crashes to another?

In order for a failover to work, the application itself (RDP) must support it and synchronize the sessions. I don't think Microsoft supports that. If they do, you'll need some special Microsoft load balancer.

The user just needs to reconnect and get a new session on the other server.
