Red face Mails are forwared to POP id's from local mail server

Hello,

I am a newbie in this field.
We have installed Linux mail server and donwloading and sedning mails successfully.

Our issue is, mails received by alias id's are sending one more mail,to POP id's using local autheticated mail id.

For eg.if x is sending mail to abc@xyz.com with cc to bcd@xyz.com
abc@xyz.com is alias id - mails are downloaded in local server
bcd@xyz.com is POP id - mails are downloaded at your mail client

After downloading mails in local server, again one more mail sent to bcd@xyz.com i.e same mail with same date and time using local mail server
authetication

Please advice
Regards
ramesh
