low stack detected by irq handler

I am having an issue with a machine where it becomes unresponsive (even to KVM) every couple of weeks. I've attached outputs from dmesg, /proc/interupts/ & uname
I am stuck and looking for the next step in troubleshooting.

dmesg:

Upon poking about, I noticed that 4 lines down in the error - this seemed to standout. The "do" function tipped me off.
[<f886ab16>] do_cciss_request+0x155/0x3dc [cciss]

I utilized the Google-machine to search for 'cciss'. This is the HP Smart Array driver - learned something new on that one!
#rpm -qa | grep -i cciss
Not Loaded!
I has been loaded and the machine is still stable
