Locked Memory on Linux redhat


Hi ,

I just did a pmap -x <running process> and notice that i don't get the same results for Locked Memory on linux as on solaris

Does the memory on the linux o.s need to be tuned going by the results below ?

any ideas ?
pmap -x <running process pid>

this is the o/p I get when executed on a solaris box
