Load Balancing Server

I need to make a ltsp server to make about 60 thin clients, but I cannot figure our how to cluster servers like openMosix, specifically it load-balances RAM and CPU for the whole system. The main reason being I do not have one hefty server, just a few older, slower ones. My other idea was if i could get a slim down install of centos to boot over the network or localboot on all the 60 computers with that same type clustering setup, I wouldn't need a terminal server, so they would be self sufficient. The question is how do i configure centos to load-balance all general processes over the network to other centos machines, CPU and RAM?

If you are interested as well, please let me know. I may be able to add information to the research.

What OS will you use, Redhat/CentOS has the clustering and virtualization solution. You can find it on their respective sites. www.redhat.com and www.centos.org.
