Linux runing on Windows PC


I saw some buddy access my Linux Proxy Server (RedHat AS-4) on my Windows-XP PC just like a website and configure all as he required just like on linux machine itself . How it is possible?? can any buddy suggest???//

Perhaps his was using webadmin on the linuxbox?
