Linux command - Putting Two Consecutive Lines into One Line

Hi,

In one my command it gives o/ps in 2 lines for each entity.

I would like to ensure that 2nd line o/p will appear at the end of 1st line.

Please help.

For example I have to fetch some o/p and it shows 200 lines for 100 unique entity in such a fashion that 1st & 2nd line for 1st entity. I would like to append the 2nd line o/p at the end of 1st line o/p.

Thanks
Rajan

That's too vague a question even to guess. There are switches attached to certain commands which suppress newlines. There may be another way of doing the same thing.
It is a example where we would need exact syntax you are using.
