Question Limit amount of unix sockets used by processes

My VPS service provider has limited me to 200 "numothersock". I've found this includes UDP and unix:sockets. I keep hitting the limit and all sorts of havoc happens.

How do I limit the number of sockets are used by processes? (ie dovecot imap/pop are my biggest users)

This is considered less secure but may be it will help.

Code:
login_process_per_connection = no
login_processes_count = 3
The normal behaviour is to have a login process per connection which means a unix socket per connection.
