Ldap client configuration error in RHEL5
 
Hi,

I configured LDAP. when i am configuring the client side using "setup" commmand i am getting this error..

# setup
/usr/sbin/pwconv: can't lock passwd file
/usr/sbin/grpconv: can't lock group file
failed to make symlink /etc/rc3.d/K73ypbind: File exists
failed to make symlink /etc/rc4.d/K73ypbind: File exists
failed to make symlink /etc/rc5.d/K73ypbind: File exists
failed to make symlink /etc/rc3.d/K35winbind: File exists
failed to make symlink /etc/rc4.d/K35winbind: File exists
failed to make symlink /etc/rc5.d/K35winbind: File exists

Can you anybody help me for this error

It seems like something else has already a lock on that. You can stop the ldap,winbind,ypbind service and try to configure client.
