KVM/Xen dynamic resources allocation
 
Hello!
Is it possible to setup dynamic resources allocation between virtual machines in KVM or Xen? Similar to OpenVZ.
I like the isolation between VMs in KVM/Xen but I wonder if it is possible to allocate resources dynamically.

Could you be more explicit eg give example(s).
I do know (in KVM) you can over allocate the base/hypervisor's resources between the VMs, so long as they (VMs) don't all max out at the same time.
