Question Kernel Panic comes while installing HPDMultipath software

Hi Friends

I am using RHEL 5.3 x86_64 OS on server HP DL 380 G6 Proliant server.
Issue is comming During installation of device-mapper HPD Multipath software in my server when it asked to replace /etc/multipath.conf file and when I select yes kernel gets panic error shows a message at bottom of screen cciss:cciss_softirq_done+0xef/ox2d3
What is the issue why it showing error message. I have tried with device-mapper HPDMmultipath version 4.3.0 and version 4.4.0 but issue is still same. I am using SAS storage HP MSA 2312 sa and SAS HBA model hp SC08Ge. What is the issue please help
