I have two HP Quard core high end server.

OS : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.2 (Tikanga)
Kernel : kernel-2.6.18-92.el5

From last couple of days I found entry in dmesg:

please provide the solution. How can i fix this. Should require KERNEL upgradation.?

like what did you do to the server just before the FIRST dmesg message
you posted the Oct 13 and it is now Dec 7 so it has been more than " From last couple of days "

did you install something before Oct 13 ?
did you change any system settings 3 months ago ?

no we did not insatll or change any system setting.we have four servers and suddenly dmesg gave the output the similar as descrtibed on all server.
we also update the kernel version now it is 2.8.but dmsg is giving the same msges.
