Unhappy java.security.KeyStoreException: JKS

Hi,
I'm setting up SSL on tomcat. I've followed through the guide on
http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-5.5-doc/ssl-howto.html
but when i start tomcat, the logs shows this error:

I'm using RHEL 5 with the default tomcat5.5 and java 1.4.2.
I've tried using self-signed cert and Versign trial cert and both don't work.

Someone please help, I've tried searching the internet for solution but can't find one.
