its urgent :NNTP error


there is a problem in subscribing to INN news server(that i have installed for making my own newsgroup) from a client system using the thunderbird mail.its says that a NNTP connection error exist.i first write these commands in my news server :

[root@ccpc166 ~]# su news
sh-3.00$ cd /usr/local/news/bin
sh-3.00$ ./rc.news
INND is running
sh-3.00$ ./ctlinnd newgroup mine y
Group status unchanged

after this i subscribe from another system for the purpose of posting articles but during subscription it says:
A news (NNTP) error occured.you have no permission to talk.good bye

Check permissions in the file

/etc/news/nnrp.access
