Issue in mounting from /etc/fstab

Hi Gurus,

I have a strange issue please help me in resolving this.

I have the below entries in my /etc/fstab.

172.20.221.152:/views /views nfs user,exec,timeo=40,tcp,rsize=32768,wsize=32768 0 0
172.20.221.152:/storage/distmake /storage/distmake nfs user,exec,timeo=40,tcp,rsize=32768,wsize=32768 0 0
172.20.221.152:/sge_root /sge_root nfs user,exec,timeo=40,tcp,rsize=32768,wsize=32768 0 0

After the reboot the first entry for mounting /views is not getting mounted and the rest is getting mounted.

But when i say mount -a then the first entry also gets mounted.

Please let me know if i am missing something.

Regards
Janab

If I had to guess, I would say that your network isn't up in time for the first mount. The first mount times out, and by then the network is available.

Look in /var/log for more info.

grep -r views /var/log

Forgot to mention. Look at the output of dmesg also.
