ISP Mail to Linux Box then send to Exchange

Hey Guys. I am in a jam here. So I am trying to come up with a solution that can fix my problem where ATT is blocking my port 25. So to get around this I setup my domain to forward my email to another server. This parts work with out any problems. Now here comes the problem.

I need to come up with a system where I can download the email from the servers on line then send them to my exchange server. Now I know that this could be accomplished by using some BS 3rd party pop connector for exchange but I am cheap and want to know more about mail systems with linux. So Could someone offer some advice. or even tell me if the following is on the correct. path.

I want to use fetchmail to download the mail using a .netrc file under root then have postfix send the mail to [ip.exchange.server]

That's the way it would work with Qmail (www.qmailtoaster.com and even an ISO at qmtiso.com).
Should work the same with postfix. Probably make use of transport maps to send it off to the correct location.

Sorry for the late reply. I got it working. Using fetchmail and procmail to distribute and decided to just setup up courier and postfix. Decided to kill the exchange server and use an all linux based solution. Working really well. Just got done seting up squirrelmail.
