Unfortunately, you'll have to post a bit more information than that.

What IRC server packages have you tried (UnrealIRCD, ircd, others)? What requirements do you have for the server (logging, # of simultaneous users, services, et cetera)?

Have you searched the LQ.org forums for "IRC Server" (more often called a 'daemon')?
