internet load track

Is there any internet load track software which can make and update one picture with internet load at certain time?
To be exactly this is example:

Looks like MRTG to me. But if you want just traffic load then MRTG might be overkill. Have a look at Freshmeat.net and Sourceforge.org as there's bound to be ten or more light-weight alternatives.

Tried MRTG - i get errors and installation fucked up :/

What alternatives? I don't know by what name i need to search :\
