Internal Network users keep having to flush their DNS to view our website

We have a problem where a few of our users have to do a ipconfig/flushdns and ipconfig/registerdns once a day or they can't see our Linux hosted website. Once they do, the site comes up without a problem. They're restarting their computers every night, and it still happens.

We're running Redhat 5.

Thanks for any help.

what other troubleshooting have you done? what is happening otherwise? can you ping the server? do you not get DNS resolution at all, or an invalid connection? what DNS architecture is being used here?

Why would this be a Linux issue if it's happening on windows clients?
