I need to install Ubuntu remotely on a big number of pcs, from a RedHat Server, using the kickstart file
i have configured DHCP and DNS on the Server
What else do i need? how can it be accomplished?

Well, you don't need kickstart, since that's for Red Hat servers. And checking Google for Ubuntu network installation brings up lots, including tutorials from the Ubuntu site. Did you check there?
