Installing ftp, mail forwarding and domains on cent os 5

Hello,i managed to install httpd(apache)and ftp server with one account which leads to one home directory. But how do i setup name server domain(which should be main domain of server)and connect it to proper home directory? How do i then add other domains and connect them too to home directory and create ftp account? Also i need to setup mail forwarding for other domain,is that toocomplicated?Or could i simpy install webmin and use it's features to do whatever i need?
In that case please give tips for installing webmin and usermin.Aha and also it seems i need to install php too,is it enough to download source and compile it?
Sincerly
