You pay for RHN to manage a given number of systems, you don't have any obligation to identify what systems these are, just the total number at any given point in time. So all the while there is a free license available on RHN, you can add a new system.
I have only one installation key of RHEL Server which i am planning to install in my test server and then uninstall test server and use in my production system. Is this possible?
Yes, you have to un-register the server from RHN then register the new server. Then repeat the process back. Only negative to unregistering your production is no patching while it is unregistered, so patch first!
