If you can't get to the internet, how are you posting this?

A very quick Google search turns up:
http://linux.derkeiler.com/Mailing-L...4-08/0419.html

Which provides a link to the GD packages for Debian. Use whatever method you're using to get to the Internet, go there and download them.

The question obviously has nothing to do with gdlibary but:

Uh... he's using a different computer?

Who browses the web on a server?

Uhhhh...lots of folks have servers with internet connections.

And why have an Apache server that's NOT on a network?? Who's going to browse the pages, how, without an internet connection?

Download the packages on a different computer.
Burn them to a CD, or put them on a thumb drive.
Plug into/insert into server.
Mount.
Install.

Sure... duh a web server is going to have a network connection, but that does not mean you browse from it.
