Dilbert137 LQ Newbie Registered: May 2008 Location: Mauritius Distribution: Redhat Linux ES4 Posts: 8 Rep:	Input/output error during read on /dev/sda Dear All, I have an issue on reinstalling Redhat Linux ES4. My first installation was on platform 64bits and the scsi drives was installed after for a SAS storage. While reinstalling the OS to 32bits version i have input/output error during read on /dev/sda. Could anyone has the same issue on different distribution? Regards Dilbert137
