Tell us a bit more - when you get the error, what are the consequences, the hardware and the kernel & distro

Newly built gives me _no_ idea what hardware is inside.

The īDriveReady SeekCompleteī Error is mentioned in the kernel config help somewhere. Itīs an irq timeout thing, iirc. Itīs not life threatening, but implies a less than optimal disk config. I canīt comment, because you have told us nothing about your hardware at all really.

It's a VM hosted on ESX(HP BL460c G7) with 4 CPU and 16 GB RAM

We have isolated now a newly built VM on a newly built server suffering from a kernel based irq issue. I think it's over to you - update the kernel and see if that helps, or recompile.
