I just download and installed clearOS trial version. I am all new for this OS ,I have now in front for me LOGIN ,so he ask for user name , in the installtion time he didn't ask any user name just a paasword . so now I enter the user name as administrator he accept not , I enter Root as username he accept also not.so I don't know what for username I have to enter hier normally it must be administrator ,but its strange for me. any advise. the paasword is correct.

According to this ClearOS Enterprise 5.2 guide the first boot requires logging in with root and the root password you provided.
Usernames (at least system users like root) are only small letters, not "Root".

If it still doesn't work, I bet the keyboard layout was US/EN during install and is now changed to something else (??). If so, try typing the password you created with a US layout: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QWERTY#US-International

This is a typical "error" on many live installs. Change the layout once you've logged in and see if it "sticks".

thanks you are right I have to enter just root. now the problem is I download this oS to see if it is worth to learn. so I am in home invirement. I have normal internet abonne with router which has no dhcp disabeling function. so every IP adres I get from router. so when I log on to clearOS I come only to settings page where I can see my gateway ip adres, and my computer ip adres. here I can not modify anything because I don't have bussines abonee whith static ip adres white the ports open. so I am in home situations is that meanI can not get to this OS if I don't have static ip adres to configure.

I'm not trying to be rude, but why did you choose ClearOS in the first place?

Iam sbs server certified so I wanted to know if there was a program van linux for the same purpose ,which wil be much cheaper than sbs to use it.

I thing if I don't have static ip adres I would not be able study clearOS.

Give CentOS a try!
They also have a friendly community which can help you along

You can assign a static IP address to your Linux machine that's on the IP range of your home network and outside of the range of addresses that your DHCP server assigns (note: I am assuming your DHCP assigns RFC1918 "private" IP addresses such as 192.168.1.X -- if it assigns publicly routable IPs, then what I said is not true).

I also secodn the suggestion to use CentOS. It is a free rebuild of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (basically the same OS but with Red Hat's branding removed), which is the most widely used Linux server distribution and medium to large companied (although from what I hear, Ubuntu server is getting increasingly popular as well).
