i have IIS 7.0 server


Dear all,
i have iis 7.0 server i hosted website there for some testing i want disable global access for this site.just want to access for local .our our staff can access with local ip .how i do this in IIS server

Well, since you ask here, I'd say have someone back up the data. Then use your Fedora or Debian/ or Devuan disk image to pave that sucker over and install nginx or Apache2. That'll make it much easier to configure, maintain, and keep online. Depending on the distro, you have several different tools to adjust the firewall to allow LAN contacts only. The details vary depending on the distro as most now have front-ends to iptables in the way. Then, just in case, you can also limit it in the web server, but the details vary depending on whether you have nginx or Apache2. Or you might just use OpenVPN with nginx or Apache2 to keep things local.

So, which distro do you have and are you using nginx or Apache2?

You can do this by asking your hosting provider and/or on a WINDOWS FORUM. IIS is a Windows product, running on a Windows server...why ask on LinuxQuestions????
