Every time my server sending email there is a http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?[MY IP]

how to resolve this problem I cannot send email now on my server.

It looks like your IP is listed by spamhaus as a spam source.
You can check it and see what you can do here

i have been to that website before and I remove my ip on their database. it says wait for 2 hours.

I am waiting for almost 3 hours but still the same.

do you have any idea how to block them in RHEL4?

You have find out first of all why your server is listed in spamhaus and second make sure that it's not sending spam any more.
When they say it could take 2 hours you don't have to count on this. There are other anti-spam sites that use spamhaus and they have to be updated also.

I'm not sure what you mean.
If you want to stop spammers using your server, you should tell us more info about your mail server.
