http redirect issue

Sorry if this is a duplicate post.

I had some server issues and had to redirect traffic. quickest way was adding a redirect to the second server as i don't control our DNS. What I did was add a

Redirect permanent

to the http.conf file.

Today I no longer needed to redirect as my new HDD came in. removed the line from the httpd.conf file restarted apache....its still redirecting...any ideas?

Hi,

2 things:
Are you using a proxy?
Have you cleaned browser's cache?

I realized this a few mins after my post. It was the cache. when I did try to initialy clear it, i did not clear the whole cache and only the last 1hr. Thanks for the reply.
