Http error Jkset

I am running apache httpd-2.2.3-43.el5.centos.3

When i restart the http, it says the following error
"Invalid command 'JkSet', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration "

Do I need to install anything like tomcat? or include any configuration setting in apache?
Pls help me out.
kernel version:
2.6.18-194.32.1.el5

Thanks

Hi

The JKSet directive is used by the mod_jk2 module to connect apache with tomcat. If you don't want to do this there is no need to install tomcat.
Look in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf for JKset and comment out the line(s) that use directives from mod_jk2. Or there is maybe a config file in /etc/httpd/conf.d/ included in httpd.conf that uses mod_jk2. Find what it is and comment it out from httpd.conf

Regards

If the old apache server used to serve jsp pages using tomcat and mod_jk2, then you need to install tomcat in the new server too.
