HTTP and FTP transfer problem

Hello,

My server is Slackware 9, installed as a proxy with SQUID. But not only a proxy, I also installed:
- Apache 1.3
- PHP 5
- MySQL 4
- FTP server (ProFTP)
- BIND 9
- SAMBA
- Telnet
- SSH
- Torrentflux (for torrents d/l)

Recently I got problems with transferring files from the server. Sometimes I got problems viewing the intranet sites on the server, i.e. the page seems not finished downloaded (broken images, tables, etc.). Sometimes (this is very rare) I can't access the internet (FF says 'Proxy is refusing connections). Last but not least, I can't do FTP transfers from the server anymore, since every downloaded file from the server is broken (in random positions). I tried to download the file using HTTP with no success. I have to use SAMBA to transfer the files to make sure I get the file. For information, the filesize is quite big, above 100MB.

The last change I did was installing BIND server, so instead using 192.168.1.1 to access the server for everything, now I'm using proxy.agrnet. I did reconfigure PHP installation after that.

I'm not so sure when or how the problem started, but do I have to reinstall Apache & FTP server? If yes, how to do that? If no, how to fix this problem?

Thank you for your help.
