hsphere to whm/cpanel transfer

Here is my question:

Server B has a large website of mine, and runs hsphere. The server is controlled by an ISP. I have ftp access but no root access.

Server A is my server running WHM/cpanel. I have full access.

I need to copy the sites huge file set from B-->A. I know in general about cp, rsync, and ftp command lines, but I am a bit flummoxed over how I should do this and the EXACT syntax.

Advice appreciated, TIA.

I forgot to mention that I can transfer the mySQL data via import/export if need be, it is really the many gigs of files that are the issue.
