how to take copy of all incomming mail in another a/c except mail generated by server

I have done the taking copy of all incomming mails. But there are too many mails from MAILER-DAEMON@mstcindia.com, where mstcindia.com is our domain name. Can you please tell me how to do the same for all except MAILER-DAEMON@mstcindia.com.
