Thumbs down How to setup the default index page using .htaccess?

consider you are using both index.html and index.php on your domain, By default index.html page will be having

high priority and only this page will be loaded by default .

To load the index.php first put the following entry in .htaccess file.
=======================
DirectoryIndex index.php index.html
=======================
The above entry give the first preference for index.php, so when you access your domain, you will get the index.php page.
