Seriously, meansushil, you have to consider a change of approach here. looking across all of your recent posts on this subject, and there have been quite a few:

• You have been taking a slightly hysterical tone: Whatever your difficulties, and I understand that if someone thinks their job is at risk because they cannot do something, please understand that you should stick to the rules for the forum. In particular, do not post your number (that will be a 'phone number, without a country and without the full dialling code....its a bad thing to do and you haven't even though it through enough to do it competently).
• Configuring squid isn't exactly hard; it may be a bit tedious, but not hard. You have been given two good links, which you probably should have been able to find yourself. From this point, it would be as well to ask specific questions (eg, 'I read this, and do not understand exactly this one aspect?', or 'Is the lsiten on port the port that squid listens on for request or the port that it listens on for replies?')
• You seem to bounce around between asking about squid and about yum. This is not helpful. If you could concentrate on one problem in one thread, so that those trying to help you were clear about which is the problem immediately facing you, that would be helpful for them.

Step by step commands are often found in tutorials, and it is a bit much to expect volunteers to be able to put those together, on order, in any subject that you choose unless they know all of the context. Reading tutorials and then asking specific questions, if necessary, is a better route to go on, and is far easier for those here to cope with.

For someone of your apparent education, you have shown some surprising shortfalls in your grasp of various basic matters. This makes it difficult to pitch the answers correctly. Normally, for someone who claims good knowledge of Linux, a computer engineering qualification and a RHCT, I would not expect to have to give them any assistance at all to get started with the subjects that seem to be causing you all of the trouble.

Even if they did have minor trouble, I would expect a few detailed technical questions about implementation, rather than a total failure to make progress. Something seems wrong here.

On the grammar and punctuation front, it is considered polite to make a good effort to help those who would like to help you. Keeping with the expected standards for the forum will make people more willing to go out of their way to help you.
