Deny relay's and just make sure smtp authentication is enabled.

i want the server to reley my emails when i'm sitting somewhere using public wifi, but i do not want to others finding out this server and start using it.all smtp servers allow releying if you are connected with the same ISP so i need to put it under the password.

Loo kat something like postfix with sasl authorisation - trickykids point is to not allow relaying to unathorised users

See www.postfix.org
