If you want to have a website hosted on a .com, .org, or .net domain, you should look into finding a web host that is right for you. This cost's a yearly fee of about $10 depending on the services you choose.
If you would like to set up a FREE website, you can do so at a site such as tripod.lycos.com. Using this option, you will have a website that is hosted on the tripod.lycos.com domain, and people will have to type "tripod.lycos.com/your_site/" to get to your page.
