Smash it with a hammer? You need to say how they are accessing it and why you want to stop them for a good answer.

What version os are you using?
what mail program?
firewall?
how is it being accessed, internal or from the net?

write a messages on home pages of server

" Your system is Effected by Virus.Contact to your administrator"

then no one will dare to access your server.
