How to mount nfs share in hundreds client servers without manually.

Short answer: You can't. You have to manually set this up at least once.

It might be possible to script this, but without knowing any details I can't point you to a workable solution.

Is there any way to use with autofs

There are many sites that deal with automatically mounting NFS, here are 2:

- Linux mount remote filesystems automatically at boot time
- Using AutoFS to automatically mount a file system

Do an on-line search for many more links.
