how to import XML or HTML file into mediawiki file??

I googled to find that somebody say
`php maintenance\importDump.php < maintenance\temp.xml` can do this.I run this command and echo "done!",but I can't find the export file.

How can I see the export file through http://localhost/wiki(my mediawiki server URL)?

Thank you!
