How to find what process or user is using my bandwidth???


Hello,

Can someone tell me if there is a way to look up what is using up my bandwidth from the command line in terminal session? Using centOS 5

Thx, I guess I was asking if there was a way to see what has been eating up my bandwidth in the past. But probably not.

You can monitor bandwidth by host with 'iftop'. You can then reference the IP address with 'netstat -pantu' and see what processes are talking to that address.
