Unhappy How to enable IMAP features for MAILSERVER


I have fedora8 and already installed on my machine then i have egroupware opensource installed in other PC.

In fedora8 i installed webmin administration and sendmail + Dovecot for email function, my mailserver running on local IP address only and i think my mailserver runs on POP3 and SMTP.

the problem is my egroupware cannot accept smtp instead smtp i need to use IMAP server, but i dont know how to setup in fedora8...

please anyone can help me

Dovecot is an imap (and pop) server, so if this is running, you should be OK. If not, start it with "service dovecot start" and make sure it's on at reboot with "chkconfig dovecot on" (both as root).

You can also check /etc/dovecot.conf to make sure imap is enabled, but I think it is by default.
