I've done it with the ZoneEdit service.
http://www.zoneedit.com/
For one domain it's free of charge.

Thanks for your help sycamorex, but i am not creating domain name for real internet usage. I am trying to do in my localmachines for testing purpose, i have edited and changed the /etc/hosts file like this
127.0.0.1 localhost
123.201.137.218 myosm.org dhcppc4 (dhcppc4 is a hostname)

But still, i cant run my domain name in my localhost. Also while restarting bind9, i got error like this
*stopping domain name service... bind9
rndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953: connection refused [ok]
*starting domain name service... bind9 [fail]

I want to clarify another thing that, Should i edit /etc/bind/named.conf.local and /etc/bind/named.conf.option and modify or add any commands to create a domain name for test environment in my localmachines.

Have a look here to see how to configure a master dns and what files you need to edit.
