You probably want to read a how-to on certificates. Also look at the openssl, ca x509 man pages and "openssl ca help".

The "Samba 3 by Example" and "Using Samba" books may cover it as well. Using Samba comes with samba. Samba 3 by Example comes with the samba-doc package.

Sorry, you're going to have to write more clearly, if you want people to understand you.

If you mean you only want to install certificates for LDAP use, then as jschiwal said, go read a how-to on certificates. Once you do, you'll have the knowledge to go fill in the boxes on the TLS page.
