How to clone a Centos Server and/or remove software mirroring

My email server is running Centos 5.
I need to clone (image) this server. I would like to move it to a machine with HARDware raid.
Unfortuneately, I used software mirroring when I set this up.
This seems to prevent me from CLONING the server in the usual ways. (ie. mondo, clonezilla)

I would just like to leave the software raid behind. But, I need to do it safely.

I need to get this more redundant than it is, as this has become an extremely integral part of our business.

Thank you

I did that exact same thing to my mail server last Friday. I downloaded clonezilla-live, burnt it to a cd and went on to youtube. There are detailed instructions on how to clone a pc and restore to another.

It took me just over 1hr to complete the task and store the image to a usb external hardrive.

Hope that points you in the right direction.
