How to check kernel type before install whether it is 32 bit or 64 bit in Redhat Linux.

If it's BEFORE the installation, you don't HAVE a kernel installed yet. If you want to know WHAT you're installing, look at what you downloaded, or the CD/DVD...it should be clearly marked. Or you can contact RedHat support....
