how to check and resolve the application slowness in the server


Hi,kindly help how to rectify and resolve the application slowness in the server.

Please read the "Question Guidelines" and "How to ask a smart question" links in my posting signature.

There is no way anyone here can help you, based on what you posted. Just saying "application slowness in the server", tells us NOTHING. What KIND of server? Hardware? Running what application(s)? Version/distro of Linux? Your definition of 'slowness'? ANYTHING?? Without details, there's no way we can help.

maybe strategically placing calls to clock() or time() (from time.h) will help narrow down your bottleneck.
