How to change IP address on CentOS ?

how to change ip address on centos 5.3 ???

i could not search the file such as "interface" ,

Edit the file /etc/sysconfig/network-script/ifcfg-<NIC_name>. Please Google for more info .

Edit the file /etc/sysconfig/network-script/ifcfg-<NIC_name>. Please Google for more info .
And choose "edit devices", and device whose address you want to change.
