Question How to block the particular website ?


Hi ,
i am using rhe5.4 , in this how to block the particular website ?
can help me to solve ....

Some more useful description of what you really mean would be useful, but in general you'd block websites by using a proxy, like squid. You could also use iptables to block access to a certain ip address if that it's feasible for this site.

If you do plan on expanding a little more at a later stage, squid+dansguardian it will go into keyword filtering and all those things as well. In the mean time squid as suggested before is good, that will cache internet info as well reducing total bandwidth usage at a later stage
